We collect: your name, email address, phone number (optional), province, and business information you provide during generation. Google sign-in users: we receive your name and email from Google.
Your information is used to: create your account, generate business content, process payments, and improve our AI models. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Your data is stored securely on encrypted servers. Generated content (websites, business plans) is stored to enable editing and re-publishing.
In accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you have the right to: access your personal information, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, and object to processing of your data.
We use essential cookies for authentication (JWT tokens stored in localStorage). We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.
We use: Google OAuth (authentication), AWS Bedrock (AI generation), Cloudflare (hosting), and Yoco/Paystack (payments). Each has their own privacy policy.
Account data is retained while your account is active. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days. Generated content may be retained in anonymized form.
