Itirele AI is an AI-powered business generation platform that creates websites, business plans, brand identities, and product catalogues for South African entrepreneurs.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Credits are consumed when using AI features. Credits are non-refundable and expire at the end of each billing cycle for subscription plans. Top-up credits do not expire.
Content generated by the Platform (websites, business plans, etc.) is owned by you. However, the Platform retains the right to use anonymized data for service improvement.
You may not use the Platform to generate content for illegal activities, hate speech, adult content, or any purpose that violates South African law.
Free subdomain hosting is provided at no cost. Custom domains are subject to annual renewal fees. The Platform reserves the right to suspend sites that violate these terms.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your billing period. After that, your plan reverts to Free.
The Platform provides AI-generated content as-is. Financial projections are estimates and should not be relied upon for investment decisions without professional advice.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
